Weather Effects

Here is a reference for how to set certain weather and day/night conditions.

I found it a while back on the old Yahoo board. This can really add a reality aspect to a mission. It changes how a scenario unfolds. I have been trying alot of them with very different weather and lighting changes.

A question:

Do you know or assume that a "flare effect" is somehow embedded in the night visibility/hitting modifiers ?
