Yeah. I wonder how smart idea it is to cram all these popkilling nations into late era.

Re: Dominions 3 development news
I'm not sure where Morkilus was going with his math, but 5 per 1000 is .5 per 100 or .5%
That's not too bad. Stronger than regular death dominion, but not even as bad as CW.

.5% times dominion strength. That's very high.

Re: Dominions 3 development news
Just tell the similar Ashen Empire variable, so that the non-math people have a comparison. I could calculate it, but I wouldn't know how much an impact it would have, so I quess I'm one of these no-math people. I hope it isn't as bad as Ashen Empire, myself.

Re: Dominions 3 development news
Wait, this should make sense... percent = per-cent. Then shouldn't promille (or pro-mille) instead be permille (per-mille)?

Re: Dominions 3 development news
In swedish it is not percent but procent. It might be called permille in english. I have no clue, but I didn't have a 'promille' on my keyboard.

I don't know. But at dominion 5, you'd lose half your population every 27 turns (as Dreamlands).

Re: Dominions 3 development news
"you can gain extra points by having your pretender god be dormant or imprisoned for a certain length of time, which prevents you from using him to improve your nation at the outset, but gives you a powerful god when it finally comes into your control." (from the new preview)
So that's what the whole awakening thing is about.
Edit: "teh" >_< I feel oh so 1337 >_<
