Default M-60-120S Icon and LBMs

The General Dynamics 120S is an upgrade of the M60 tank. The 120 in the designation represents the 120mm smoothbore gun and the S stands for speed and survivability. The M60 part of the earlier M60-2000 designation is no longer considered relevant as so much of the MBT is new.

The 120S is a unique product that integrates the M1A1 120-mm turret, equipped with a 240X4 FLIR, onto a fully modernized M60 chassis.

It was proposed for Turkey, but they bought the Israeli Sabra instead to upgrade their M-60 fleet.

Blown up 200% view of Icons.

Icons are stock SPMBT M-60A1 and IPM1 icons; the M-60 Hulls were re-worked to take into account the fact that they'd get teh same powerplant treatment as the M1.

I'm no good at graphic design, but I figure I'll throw this out there. Fleet Marine Force Manual 8-4 has some interesting proposed vehicles (this version is dated 1967).

Been fiddling with late-cold-war programs for some while, here are a few (game size):

Crusader AFAV (USA)

A-12 Avenger-II (USA)

T-95 (USSR)

Strv-2000 (Sweden)

Marder-2 (FRG)

Zobel Spähpanzer (FRG)

I'll probably integrate these (and many more) in a continued-Cold-War OOB mod at some point, so if someone has more of the same kind, I'd be glad to get a share!

I recently came across a few Harrier development/replacement ideas while browsing over at greg goebel's air vectors website and decided to make them:
First the 'Big Wing' Harrier:
Quote:
The RAF had been considering in parallel a Harrier upgrade proposed by British Aerospace called the "Big Wing" Harrier. This involved a new and bigger wing made of metal and was also known as the "Tin Wing" Harrier. The wing would have been retrofitted to existing Harrier GR.3s and Sea Harriers. However, in 1980 the RAF evaluated the AV-8B design to see if it would meet their requirements instead.

It seemed like it would be simple to modify the wings of game's Harrier to produce this... and indeed it was. But no sooner had I done that then I stumbled on a proposed Harrier replacement denoted P1216:

So here's the end products (from Left to right standard in game Harrier, tweaked wings to give 'Big Wing' Harrier, P1216):

Couldn't seem to attatch the zip file so looks like anyone interested will need to open and save these two bitmaps:
P1216
'Big Wing' Harrier

Any chance of obtaining your icons pre-OOB release for personal use? Just thought I'd ask
