Never run while cutting and pasting.
Those are words to live by.
How are things going, David? Haven't seen you in a while.

Re: New info on SE:V at Malfador
Those text files are certainly interesting reading. I'm a bit gutted that se5 has so few default ships per set though - it doesn't even have vanilla se4's 20, let alone the 40 of neostandard or 50+ that you see in some other sets. Will we be able to mod larger shipsets? Should we be working out the se5 neostandard now?

Re: New info on SE:V at Malfador
Refer to this article. There are a number of vehicles (all units, freighters, carriers, etc) that have calls for alternate images (small/med/large sizes, typically), but most sets do not include them by default.
I think part of the reason why there are fewer models is that ships now have levels, so you don't really need as many distinct hull models.

Fewer Models is not a good thing IMHO...other than having to make the shipsets of course then more models do suck...

Re: New info on SE:V at Malfador
It is easy to propose the SE5 neostandard be "stock SE4" vehicle names.
And then add on the SE4 neostandard names if you want even more.

Re: New info on SE:V at Malfador
Stock SE4 only has 3 vehicles that SE5 does not: escort, battlecruiser, and battlestation. SE5 in fact calls for many more models overall than stock SE4.
