Ashen Ermor because they've always been my favorite theme because of how unique their mechanics are from everyone else.

Then early R'lyeh because I think they're the Aboleth theme, which should be awesome. Mind control everywhere!

Then Abyssia middle era because they were the first race I ever played in the Dominions 2 demo, and blood summons are fun.
