Just took a really good look at the set, and I LOVE it !!!

I really like how you re-did the carriers, and some of the other changes are dead on perfect. Great job, AT !!!

Let me be pedantic.

T.I.E stands for Twin Ion Engine. The new fighter clearly has 4 engines so it's not really a T.I.E.

they're very good though. What are you using to make models now? Pity they are too detailed for SE5.

A QIE fighter? Just doesn't sound the same.
It's also clear from the SW dogfight scenes that ion engines have come a looooong way from the ones NASA and ESA and JSA are using.

The more I look at this design the more I like it. I wonder why no one else has ever come up with anything like it. Sure they have a couple of ships that sorta resemble it, but honestly nothing as cool as this. I wonder what Lucas would say? (He would most likely claim credit for it and then sue me for having infringed upon his interllectual rights before he ever even knew it exsisited.)

Personally, I think it's damn cool, and have used it as a replacement for one the fighters already assigned in this set.

I've begun to use them extensively, much to the dismay of my son and my neighbor, in our game using the Masters Mod 1.7 (with the Fighter Masters trait).

It's a perfect Space Superiority Fighter design!

(Muahahahaha...)

That is cool to know. I wish I could get as motivated as I was when I was working on the SWM earlier this year. However after loosing all that data, all that work, all that time, it was just to much for me to deal with and starting over has proven to be a huge undertaking.

I still need to finish the STM update and that should take priority for me, however I really want to work on and finish a working SW Mod before too long.
