The Visa Electron people have talked about is the "acts like visa but straight from the bank account" card of choice around here, but with serious limitations. Useful when going abroad, real hinder when trying to buy something in Finland. I've got a combined visa/ATM card and it's a lot better deal, but you need to be either working or a student to get it. Army doesn't count, being paid a little over 3 euros a day is not something you could pay your debts with.
Um, and for your Finns, also I can act as your proxy in getting the game if you want so. With an added comfort of being able to operate within Finnish banking system and being able to easily travel to my place and beat me up in case I screw your orders.
