Good point. Since you can just get all the hotkeys by pressing ?, I figured a hotkey summary would be redundant. I remember having second thoughts towards the end, but I didn't change my mind fast enough. Putting it up as a PDF download is a good idea.

I'm glad you like the rest of the manual.
