I'd imagine that getting heavily veined tissue that's near my heart would have some effect.

I got to thinking after I posted that it was that way in Dom2. I had pretty much stopped watching (and never participated in) the arena matches, so when I was watching the Dom3 matches with a fresh eye the aquatic combatants kind of surprised me. |
