I was doing something wrong and it isnt a bug. I had a treaty with a race that requires neither of us bombard planets.

That is partly why I didnt place it in a bug thread the other reason being no one else had reported it so I figured I was making a mistake.

That’s the problem with all these blasted treaties! I say nuke ‘em then talk!

PE Shang: FINE! Than we shall raise your cities, exterminate your species, and eat your Figgy Pudding! <turning on his hills> Admiral bombard these worthless creatures into dust!

Captain turning to the Admiral: Does he know he was speaking to bones and we exterminated them last month?

Admiral turning to Captain: What worries me is what happens when he finds out they never had figgy pudding.

Captain to Admiral walking back to ship: Do you think he will ever get elected to President?
