Agarthan Heroes?

Ok, so this might not be the best thread to ask this, but I think it is somewhat relevant:

Is it possibly to summon the pretender gods imprisoned in the Seal somehow? I thought that in middle and late agartha the Seal was broken or weakened, meaning they got out, but is that just backround fluff, or can you summon them yourself with like a Conjuration 9 spell?

I thought that I saw such a spell on some of the screenshots, but obviously I have been dreaming, since I can't find it again. So, does the Seal do anything then?

Well, between EA and MA the Seal was broken, apparently resulting in the death of Agarthans as species.

Well, it's "fluff" in the sense that there isn't an undocumented mechanical element that produces Seal monsters/pretenders (outside of the documented Umbrals) of which we're aware. It's not like the Yogis who reincarnate as hinted by their background text.

Is that much correct?

Ok, thanks. It'd be cool to summon imprisoned gods from the seal, though.

Unique pretenders, some SCs, some rainbow mages. Great. Maybe in a patch?

Tartarians aren't the same thing. I want the Gods of the Seal in particular. They should be Agartha only.

Same thing with other nations. Many nations have strange secret things that(to my knowledge) do nothing. It'd be great if they did stuff. Mainly the Capital Sites and stuff like that. It'd be a lot of work, perhaps, but cool nevertheless.
