Actually, I would need to know what's the proper width for the 128 height sprites before I can make a TGA.
EDIT: I know it should be 128 & 128 but ah...I checked and the wings of the angel I ripped from game don't fit in 128 x 128 so it must be larger than that to begin with...

If you ripped it from the game, your ripped unit may come out 25% larger than the "real" sprite if you used the method of blacking out the screen and taking a screen shot.
The entire unit should fit into a 128x128 box and the Fallen Angel is less than 128 pixels high.

Spekaing of sprites, I made a bunch of Sar Elad sprites today. Not as good as the angel, but something nevertheless.

However, if you rip it from the unit descr screen, it'll be too big.  It was pointed to me that my old way of doing things doesn't work any more.
