Re: looking for an early age pbem game
I waited awhile past the deadline, but did not receive a move or any word from Marverni, so have hosted #23, which has been sent.
For the last few turns I have been sending emails to confirm receipt of player moves as I notice them arriving, and will continue doing so. This way players can be sure that their moves arrive and are on time before the 24 deadline.
Please remember, that if you need more time for a move than the allotted 24 hours, you can always request a timeout.

Ugh. I'm not sure why my archers decided to go charging into melee after firing off a round, but that probably wasn't their best chance for survival.

I've seen that happen, too, and think it's a bug with the "Fire" order. Archers seem to behave normally. i.e. stay put and keep firing arrows, if no orders are given.
