President Elect Shang: Here are the flags you uploaded reduced. These flags are not actually stock ones. If you uploaded the rest, I will also reduce them.

All stock flags were reduced. However, some may still not appear. To make them appear, try opening the flag with Paint or Microsoft Office Picture Manager and then save the flag.

Yes: moving this thread into the SE5 Scenarios and Mods sub-forum is a good idea.[img]/threads/images/Graemlins/Flag_NewZeland.gif[/img]
