				 Re: YC
I'm going to go with "Hosting: 9:00 p.m. Boston Time; Daily for turn 1-10; Tues-Thurs-Sun for turns 11 & after". Wouldn't have gotten into the game if I thought it was staying at 1 turn a day after turn 10.

Hear, hear! I don't think this is a cause for a vote, since the good ol' host has defined the schedule beforehand and unless he sees a reason to deviate from it, I don't think we should. |

 | Fair enough.

I only mean't for this week as I have alot of free time. Normally when I am at work, 3/turns a week is more than enough. Still managing to do my turns in just 10 - 15 mins tops. Perhaps I am overlooking something? |

				 Oceania goes victory!
The army's of oceania march closer to the center of the world and letting the cowardly nation of Rlyeh run before them.
As they settle in the first victory location they conquered they set up a strong defence and march on to the find the captidal of the foul muthuh and banish the false god to eternal suffering!

				 Turn 11
 Turn 11 is out.
Deadline is Tuesday at 9pm Boston time.

I think we should start the 3/turn per week schedule as originally stated. It is Tuesday / Thursday / Sunday.

				 Wicked Oceania
Holy Smack! I thought Jurri and his fellow Finns were wicked, but they don't hold a candle to the Dastardly Dutchman Migaaresno! His mighty army made fish paste with Rlyeh's main army. Grrrr! |

 | Glad to hear it. Just had some bad experiences with Dom2 games that with 2-3 turns a week that just took so long to progress the players lost interest.

 | I think consistency of hosting is as important, if not more so, than frequency for maintaining interest. It seems that most games run into trouble when hosting is delayed indefinitely when a player drops out, we try to find a substitute, etc. If I have to repeatedly check for a new turn for a week or more after the last scheduled host, I find myself much less interested in the game when it finally resumes. On the other hand, if a game is scheduled to host only once every few days, and consistently follows that routine, I have no problem keeping my interest level up. It is a big boon to have longer times between hosts in late stages of the game, as turns take longer and longer to complete.
