It isn't where cold/heat aura effects are explained.  That's where I looked first. If I hadn't seen it earlier, I wouldn't have looked elsewhere.

Just remember, afaik chill does fatigue damage (still deadly when massed) now

Both Heat and Chill auras cause 5 points of armor-negating STUN damage, or increase the enemies' fatigue by 5. Heat may cause burning, chill freezing. Burning causes little damage, being frozen causes respectable amount of fatigue every round.

Not only that, it also reduces combat stats.

Despite that, it seems to me that chill(19) causes more stun damage than chill(3).
