Fear not, the entire membership of the August Society of Learned & Pious Necromancers are chanting day and night to prevent that eventuality. And unless R'lyeh makes a move, soon god will awaken, and then it's a whole new ballgame. I think. The worshippers are kind of hazy at this point as to what god looks like, or what his powers are. It's been a long while.

Anyway, it's kind of sad, really. Hundreds of foul slimy things outside the walls, afraid of a handful of old men (many of them diseased). You've got to wonder if R'lyeh has any sense of pride whatsoever. But who are we to tell them how to run an empire?

I would hate to turn Van AI, but I will probably do that tonight if no substitute is found.

I wouldn't call it so much a war as a silly misunderstanding I'm perfectly willing to give whoever a few turns to get into the flow of the game before snuffing their candles, and I'd also recommend dropping me a line to get the truthful, unabridged version of what's going on
