Re: Looking for standard human-made maps
Now wait, I heard that many of the DomII maps didn't work. I haven't tested any myself so that's just hearsay, but assuming some don't work, could we compile a group list of those that are hunky dory?

Re: Looking for standard human-made maps
They (should) work, all of them. At least, all those I tried did.
Who says otherwise?

Re: Looking for standard human-made maps
I remember a report of Middle Earth map not working. I later read that it was due to a Water nation randomly placed in there. I haven't tested it in a while.

Re: Looking for standard human-made maps
If any dont work then let us know. We can take a glance to see if there is any change that should be made. No reason to lose all of those great maps.
Of course, those maps dont have all the new terrains for making more reasonable magic site placements and such. But they should work.

Re: Looking for standard human-made maps
I had problems loading Karan- when loaded the map was not displayed- seemed 'transparent' and showed only the background (the wooden table if that's what it is).

Re: Looking for standard human-made maps
Well, thanks for clearing that up for me, then. I was hesitant to download the old maps, but now that I know they work, and it doesn't seem like many new ones are in the works, I'll head over and get 'em all! Wooo!
