Can't rejoin split fleet?

OH, OK. Have you had any luck reforming them? Because this time the fleet left on the planet is stuck, like with crazy glue. It's funny to watch the game react. I moved the free fleet back to the neighboring system and the game does a double take on the warp sound. I rename the fleet still stuck on the planet and tell it to move to the wormhole and bada-bing, the fleet I warped out the previous team warps back in, with the new name I just gave the fleet over the planet. Frankly, if you can't rejoin the fleet, it's a game breaker. The other thing I noticed was once the free fleet left the system I could once again SEE ships in the fleet stuck over the planet. This is a pretty nasty bug.
