No I downloaded these from the Civilization forum...I figured someone with some modeling talents and some artistic impression can turn these into some nice flags...

This thread is exactly like one I contribute to for flags within another game I play, Hearts of Iron 2oomsday. If you want I can use my templates from that format to make flags with a wavy crease. I used one of them when making the Terran empire flag I use
