Default Re: Two Newbie Questions: (Priest level & Assassin

Another way to raise priest power is the Astral spell Power of the Spheres, and the non-artifact banner of the northern light I think has the same effect.

If the assassin has a weapon effect that kills only after some time, such as poison or decay, then it can cause them to die after they win a fight.

Default Northern Light?

The banner should only be causing global +1S to all astral mages (friendly and enemy) -- no impact on holy.

Poison, yes... poisoned daggers being common.

There are, incidentally, a few national heroes who start at Holy 4, and certain nations can summon commanders with H4.

Thanks for the help. I can see this is going to take some time to come to grips with all of the variables. Something to look forward to, I suppose

I think marignon gets a h4(old) hero. With him as your prophet wielding the sword of justice afaik you should have a H6 priest

you can have H7 :
C'tis have an H5 heros + prophet + sword of (in)justice.

In Dom2 you can raise holy ton infinite, if you revive a dead prophet in the all of fame, an reprophetise him.

If it (still) does, it's in combat only
