Last i checked, i was at 3.. but then again im the guy that asked everyone to give him the lowest possible rating so that no random passerby would see one of my Posts and mistakenly think that i was reasonable or had anything usefull to contribute.
i think the system might be flawed, but it reminds me unmistakably of all the student body elections i never participated in during grade school.
