Re: is anyone interested in a really BIG game?
Meglobob: 100+ provinces? The winner of such a game would probably have 400+.
It is easy to pick a winner, though: I bet the game will crash and not be able to be completed.
How do you get so many players in a game? Even if all nations from all three eras were used, that is still only about 60.

Gandalf knows all, including lots that mere motals like me and you, Sheap can only dream of, do not question the great Gand...
I realise that with 1,100 provinces you would need alot more than 100 to win, the point I was making was micro-management would start to be really, really painful with 100+ provinces. Especially with my style of playing Dom3, have lots of everything, just in case...

Not sure about that, after all Gandalf I believe intends for you to have 78 other enemies...

Re: is anyone interested in a really BIG game?
There are commands that can be added to a map to load AIs into the game. Map commands can setup scenarios also (such as making some AIs ally with other AIs). Using those commands, and the numbered slots for nations, you can create a game of one era, and then add everything else as AI (including the modder slots) for a total of 79 players.
You CAN actually play with all 3 eras as human players, but that takes a mod which everyone would have to run.
Also, in the game Im running... the modders slots would be basically freebies. They dont fight well. They could be filled in with modded nations but Im not ready for a game where everyone has to run a dozen mods either.
Moybe down the road we will try those other things.

78 enemies over 1000 providence? It gives me a luck chance that i'll be in a nice corner away from everyone else, also the chance to be right next to an enemy. but the chance of being next to an enemy is marginally lower
