Sorry for stalling, but I'm back now. I've sent the .2h file for turn 16 now but can redo them if neccessary.

So what is going on then? I sent orders for turn 16. but if they are not used that's fine, I just hope the game doesn't stall here for too long.

I'm sending the .trn files right now. It is showing turn 18 to me. I have no idea if you will get your proper state now.
