11. Added - "Move Item To Top" and "Move Item To Bottom" buttons on the Set Construction Queue window.
Hmmm...are we starting to see some UI improvements here?
It is good to see this added. I send this request to Aaron after the initial version of SEV was released.
Thanks, Aaron!

Canadians. With guns. And a warship. What is this world coming to?
The dreaded derelict dwelling two ton devil bunny!
Every ship can be a minesweeper... Once
The good news is even version 1.17 saves that crashed after strategic will now process in 1.20! The ever annoying fleet splitting bug is still present though. I'm also seeing something I've never seen before. What are the white stars showing up under planets I've splattered? I also have them over one planet that strategic combat indicated I had obliterated, but now shows enemy population, and the game will not let me attack it again. Whatever the white stars are they are they will not let me move ships back over the planet. This becomes a problem when the fleet splitting bug has left ships damaged so bad they can not move over the planets. I can't move a repair ship back to help them.
At any rate, unless I miss my guess that's a minefield icon, and your ships aren't moving onto it because they don't want to die. Either clear the "ships won't move into minefields" setting or select the hex and clear the marker..

Well because I couldn't remember what the save screen shot in game commmand was, and it's not in the manual. It's funny that when I first attacked those planets there were minefields, and they went right ahead with the attack and said they'd cleared xx number of mines? There are sweepers present, so why wouldn't they move onto minefields?

Why'd you stick the screenshot in a doc file?

There is a problem with minefield marking. When your ships successfully SWEEP the mines, the sector should NOT be marked as a minefield -- you just cleared it! This is a mistake. We should request that MM change this so that only when all ships are destroyed with an unknown number of mines remaining should that automatic flagging be triggered.
