I host a lot of games (right now I have five going), when my power is working. I generally prefer to host medium size, long term games rather than blitzes, but sometimes I host a blitz too. I don't have an automated web interface, but instead normally do the setup manually. See my thread or send me a PM if you want me to host for you. Each game has its own thread, and if you want to play in one, post in the game's thread.
