I think you can disregard the officially determined difficulty levels. I don't see why Caelum's starting location is so difficult. It seems to me that Ulm and Marverni will have a harder time. Ermor also might feel squashed in the middle.

How lucky for us all that you'll once again be holding Jurri in check!
