"Penultimate" sounds cool, but it means "next to Last" so that doesn't really fit methinks.

I've been having a hard time e-mailing this to you because... well I cheap see. I use Hotmail because it's free, but I can't put large attachments on my emails.
So here is the Gravity Manipulation Racial Trait stuff I've been working on. The first zip file is for the "Ultimate Universe" and the second is for the "P&N Universe".
