Of course there is. Only problem is when I use a mod somethings are in chinese and some are in english, but thats not so bad.
Only a bit confusing sometimes, but not much the developers could do to change that I guess.

I wonder how many languages the game is printed in. It is amazing to me such a small company can have the game/manual printed in so many different languages.
