Your not retarded friend, it is true. I had to edit the Politic to get the AI to deal with me. I changed some settings from 0 or negative to positives. So when I send a GENERAL message, the AI's attitude toward me improves a tad each time.

Messing around the with the Politics file is easy. Just spend a bit of time reading, and you'll have no probs figuring it out.
