New Canadian OOB

Sorry to have caused some consternation I attempted to contact you about this OOB and which slots to use for .lbms and icons through Pyros back in Sept or Oct. He said he would do his best and I haven't heard from him by email or forums since. So I waited. When I read on the forum in Dec that the patch was almost ready, I contacted Narwan and gave him what I had. In hindsight, I should have contacted you upfront on the forum.
Narwan informed me of the errors in the database checker, I had no idea there was such a tool. I repaired them in my own file straight away.

I learned a lot from this, and got a very good idea of how much work you, Andy and the Beta testing group must put into each game. Any future contributions I may make will be more polished and better communicated.
