nice find.

one of the most interesting stuff is the T-55 and T-62 upgrades which gives these tanks either a NATO 120mm or standard 125mm main gun!

"an advanced fire control system, additional
armour with integrated last generation explosive reactive
armour, a more powerful engine, upgraded transmission
and new communications and navigation equipment."

Plus the new gun and an autoloader. Do you get to keep the roadwheels at least?
Who is going to buy that?
The countries which can afford them are buying T-72S. Or
T-90, if they have enough money. Now, I would need a financial breakdown to be sure but I think that, compared to the equivalent versions of the T-72, we are speaking about a modest financial saving for a slighty inferior performance (mainly in the armor department most likely). You might as well spend a a bit more and buy a new T-72 instead of trying to turn a half century old vehicle in a frontline tank.
The likes of Iran or Sudan are buying/assembling T-72S.
India and the likes are buying/assembling T-90 or something like that. Ex WARPAC getting into NATO are switching to western MBTs, so forget about them.
Who else is left? The countries which can afford next to nothing: Syria, a lot of Africa etc.
