Machaka played this last turn. (He attacked two Shinuyama provinces I happened to be taking at the same time. One of those two armies was led by his pretender, who is now contemplating the fate of his people from the afterlife

) I have no contact with him, so I have no idea if he'll start playing regularly again now or not.
