Resource screen issue

It's a brand new game of the SFTC-Lite so the only thing going on is regular ship building for expansion. The same thing the other 5 empires are doing. Out of the 6 only the one is having this issue and only the one resource.

I can add that I believe I have seen this, also without being able to capture hard data. Didn't someone post something about this sort of thing a month or 2 ago? I seem to remember Q posting something about losing resources.

It's frightening how things like this recur after being fixed...almost as if the game is...aliiivvveee!
