Re: Stalling might lose forged items?
If the host computer thinks you "stalled" then it means it didnt get your moves turned in. Whether thats because you actually didnt, or a bad file transmission, or whatever. So even though you thought you told it to make an item, the host apparently didnt get it (therefore the stall)

Re: Stalling might lose forged items?
Hi,
I have not been clear in my previous post, actually it went like this:
Turn X: 3 Forge orders - turn got executed
Turn X+1: Stalled
Turn X+2: Can't find my forged items from turn X

Re: Stalling might lose forged items?
There may be a random event where magic items get stolen from the lab, not 100% sure though.

Re: Stalling might lose forged items?
Hmm, yup, that might be possible, actually I am not 100% sure if neither of the items was there or just the one I have been really looking for (edit: was not there)...

Re: Stalling might lose forged items?
So you actually saw the time at one point?
Maybe assigned it to someone?
That would confuse me. It would be as if the host had restored from a backup.

Nope, I was unclear again (see my edit above, oh the joys of not being a native English speaker ).

Re: Stalling might lose forged items?
If they were artifacts, someone else could have issued forge orders for them that same turn, and you wouldn't have seen the message telling you that the forging had failed because you didn't see the next turn. If they weren't artifacts, the only reason I can think of that they wouldn't have been in your lab is if your lab were full. I don't remember ever seeing an event in which a magic item is stolen from the lab.
