Bottom line:
Poland's (CET) time offset is GMT +1 in winter.
EST is GMT-5 in winter.
By default, forum runs at EST as well.
Hence 6 hour time difference.
We start at 23.30 (11.30 PM) Polish (CET) time, i.e. 17.30 (5.30 PM) EST, i.e. 22.30 (10.30 PM) GMT.
