What´s COCAT? How does it wok?

I would love to play, but I am handicaped with my lack of knowledge about COCAT and bizarre timetables in my job (I wonder if you have to play the game everyday at a determined time...)

COCAT.

Start and look.

1. Download COCAT.
2 Download Map (map025, map050, map100, owerviev).
3 To place Map in a folder "Maps" (for COCAT).
4 To start COCAT.
5 To press the button " Load Named ".
6 To find a file ".pol" or ".uni" (I shall send by mail).

Will see a card, badges Co, Battalion, etc.
It is possible to draw waypoint, to set time, speed of movement of armies.
Then send these files to me.
