Arkolaos hears reports of a thousand strong undead army of Ermorian leigonaires approaching through the narrow sea straights of #78 soon to be in #102. His aides notice he seems rather jumpy and irritable after reading the reports.


OOC - *swats Rather with a large mullet for stalling so often, & points to IC post above - gg guys, thats going to be a tough nut to crack, It has been very challanging up against Caelum despite the IC flame war, OOC'ly it has been a lot of fun more - cheers : ) .....it ain't over yet though.

yeah can't wait to play this type of game again (either LA again with a modified ermor hehe) or EA or MA.

IC: Oh holy harpyclaw. A lesser horror drove off our 8 trologdytes and some pd. How annoying. We'll have to add 'guard retreat ways better' into the ancients songs of strategy. These so called jotun woodsmen are clearly an affront to nature. Much prettier as pigs. But too many to change them all.

ooc: Earlier I thought my gorgon would kill tons of jotun woodsmen once it was ready, in practice not so... the times I sent it solo utgards force of flyers was with the army and she fled at 8 hp. Ah well.

Ermor using their 15 gems/turn for well of misery was pretty brilliant.

Fun game, fun to try unusual settings.

Lesser horror was very lucky. For some reason, it did not annoy the Jotun!

Next game, special rules needed if Ermor plays! Still a fun game.

special rules needed if Ermor plays! Still a fun game.

Seems to me you folks let Ermor become what they are and didn't prepare for the event. Before three nations jumped on me 5 turns ago I had 20 indy priests and I didnt even have an undead neighbor.

Shrug, I know I made mistakes in other areas!

I had 30-40 odd priests with herald lances in the unlikely event of an Ermorian invasion across the sea. Of course, that /across/ the sea makes it rather difficult to effect Ermor too. Heh XD
