It's a small bug with CB 1.00, Ermor EA is missing one of thier minor mages. It's not really crippling but I can see why it would annoy someone playing the nation a lot.

No it does not. In fact it wouldn't really be possible to mod a general spell away from a particular nation without removeing it from almost every nation. |

Flamen are useful for Ermor as it gives access to nature and earth. Lossing two paths of magic I would say is a concern.
