More info on "what" exactly ?? If it's editing Icons and SHPEdit I really don't have the time to run a clinic on that but maybe someone else does.

About the icons, I managed to have from Icon0074.shp the icon for the M60A3 Hull, ( number 62 ), and the M1A1 turret ( number 83 ), I want to change the number 63 ( M60 turret ) by the 83 ( M1A1 turret ) but don't know how, will need to wait next month.

I put it in the Green OOB under "M60s" ( unit 33 ).

There are three Icons that cover that vehicle for the next patch
