As far as I know, the answer to both questions is no. There are units that raise the magic scale and luck scale of a province, but no order scale boosting creatures.

There are some that reduce unrest though. The Lady of Love being one of them.

Tnx Sombre. Its embarrassing. I have been playing Dom for so long I should know those things. But the last game I played, that I didnt mod, was about 2 month ago, so all the vanilla Dom knowledge I had has completely evaporated. Tnx again .
