Attention BL_GOODY players (Gandalfs)
Just wanted to make sure you guys noticed, the port has changed on this game. I didn't realize it at first, but the port has been changed from 8417 to 8147. I noticed Arco has not got their turn in yet, and I was thinking this may possibly be the reason.
Just wanted to give you guys a heads up

Your server your call . Only three of us playing that game, and I believe two of us have figured out the change, I believe when Arco reads this post, he will be on board as well.

Well the first person to create a thread on the game, I consider to be running it. I guess thats now you.
I take it that you spotted the change on http://game.dom3minions.com/bin/blitz_chk.cgi
Its a good thing that its not typed in information. It actually checks the system processes and builds a page from it.

If it is up to me, leave it as is imo. Two players have turned in their turns and we have warned the 3rd player.

3 rounds staled now. Saint Dude, do you think I should get Gandalf to change the port back and see if that helps? I mean, it is possible the other player does not use these forums.

Re: Attention BL_GOODY players (Gandalfs)
Actually, it looks to be 4 rounds staled. Or at least 4 rounds with no troop buys.
I think it is unlikely that the other player does not use this forum, or at least check in at Gandalf's blitz site. How else did he/she find out about and sign up for the game in the first place?
Changing the port back is unlikely to help at this point. If the other player is truly out of the loop, they he/she has probably punted on the game. I doubt they will check back in.
This is a real bummer. I was recently in another of these blitzes that had to be terminated due to lack of participation. We could ask Gandalf to switch arco to AI, but then we would just have a 2 person game. Not sure that is your cup of tea - definitely not ideal.
Whatever you decide is fine with me. As Gandalf said, you start the thread, you run the blitz.

Re: Attention BL_GOODY players (Gandalfs)
I just checked the Arco player, and he has Password protected his nation. I must admit I am a bit annoyed that the game was started with 3 players and someone dropped out so soon. I am not sure what can be done with his position since it is protected.
I am willing to play the game against you, but I would have liked to have atleast one more opponent for that x factor.
I will send a PM to Gandalf asking him to set Arco to AI.
