Re: Storm
LOL, You're probably the only person still remembering it.
We should do a nostalgia thread once, where we can bring back the memories (and screenies) of ancient battles like RAND/RAND2, YADG etc.

Re: Storm
Hi:
I now have power but no internet, and it could take several days. I am at the public library sending this.
So, we will be on delay until I have a connection at home.
Thanks.

Re: Turn 48
Huh? How did my mindless commander rout, and subsequently die? That's [censored] up... and not fun at all

Re: Turn 48
What???
I didn't yet have a chance to see the turn.
Could it be that the 50 turns limit for battle has been reached?

Re: Turn 48
Ok. I've just confirmed that that's what's happened. My army has routed as well

Re: Turn 48
That does not appear to be the case; your army is safe and sound in #39, is it not? That, or you have two identically named Eagle Kings in the area. Furthermore, your army does not rout from the battle from what I can see, as it shouldn't: first, the attacker routs at turn 50, and only after some amount of turns have passed the defender routs. Then, again after some set amount of turns, if there are still units on the battlefield, they will all die.
In this case, only the attacker (me) routs, and what results is buggy behavior: a mindless commander is not supposed to not be affected by routing under any circumstances whatsoever. Yet it does, and being mindless, does not actually retreat, but dies gruesomely.
