Where to send bugged games?

I've got a bugged game where my forces are defeated at a fortress battle, but they take it anyway. This is odd, because the enemy units never rout and the VCR ends showing all of my units routed and off the field. What the hell?

Where should I send this file?

This is known to happen if the turn is played with different version that it was hosted with. The battle replay looks wrong, things didn't happen that way. Have you just upgraded your game? If so, this is one-turn-only occurence. Are you playing a multiplayer game? If so, make sure that you and the host are using the same version.

If you're playing singleplayer game and haven't patched the game recently, you could've found another instance when battles become corrupted.

1) post it to the bug thread (attached the turn file in .zip format)

2) send the actual and previous turn (zipped up, again) to info illwinter.com
Make sure, though, that it doesn't look like spam ;-)

Btw., I have reported this bug for v3.02 or something already... but another savegame to look at doesn't hurt either.
