Had I noticed this earlier I would have replied earlier but we've been busy
with a number of things. Keep in mind I am under no obligation to answer
every question asked on this forum. There are plenty of others who knew the
answer to this question.

There are no specific SHP files set aside for "end user" use only. I thought
everyone understood that. There is a master Icon list for both games and
that list does show unused SHP files but anyone issuing modded Icons in a
SHP file takes their chances. When I need a new file I don't go searching to
see who may have used it or not. The few people who have issued mods for the
game involving SHP files all know that.

Don
