My next project is a reworking of map n. 70 An Nasiriya.
It will be modified into a fictional map of a small iraqi town on the Euphrates and the surrounding area.

Here is the new map. It is a large (200 x 160) map featuring a variety of environments, from flat open desert to dense palm groves, including a moderate size city, a few small villages, a river and dry wadi.

Currently I am planning to make an improved version to fix some details, as I did for the first map.

Here is the improved version of the map. Several areas have been revised with emphasis on better looks.

Here is a medium size map (100 x 100). It is a reworking of the map contained in the "Thunder on the Tigris" scenario.
