Re: A place to say thanks
I had little clue what was in store for me in 1977 when I pre-ordered a copy of Squad Leader from Avalon Hill and got this purple box full of goodies. Wargames at that squad level have captivated me ever since, and played no small part in me going into the military to prove if I was up to it. I wanted to be that "10-3" badass that could tip the balance at the sharp end. The combination of that genre of game and computers was f'n brilliant, and this version is the best of best. Striking the balance of the technical factors, the human factors, and relatively simple gameplay is no simple task. Don and Andy, 21-gun salute for making a good thing even better!

Re: A place to say thanks
Hello,
I say "thank you very very much" to keep alive the greatest games (Winspmbt and Winspww2) i have ever played.
If i'll go on a desert island that's the only games i'll take with me... (thousands of hours to play, ever satisfied).

Re: A place to say thanks
Well I'm certainly one of those who have added thanks to my posts.
However, That doesn't stop my yet again to extend my thanks. Being one not to leave things as is, I can ceratinly appreciate to time and effort which goes into this venture. Notice I didn't call it work, because I doubt you could call this labour of love, work.
Keep it up guys, and a heartfelt Bravo Zulu to you all.

It has been 10 years this month since this project first started so somedays the "love" gets stretched a little thin believe me.
However, thanks to all of you. We do appreciate the encouragement.
