5000 racial points- I prefer 2000 myself, but this would work
infinate resources-good
no ai races (then again, maybe...)-they make wonderful punching bags, but that's about it.
role playing in all communication (actually, I have never done this, does it get tired?)- I wouldn't try to enforce it, but I'd do it anyway

I'd say wait for Gold too. New stuff to throw people off And do it on PBW. I can host, if no one else is up for it.
