Nah, you should have gotten the turn file in the email you used to send your pretender. Grab the .trn file, put it in a subdir of your Dom3/savedgames directory (I used SmokyBat for the folder name, but it may not be absolutely necessary to do so), play the turn (the game name will be the same as the folder name), end the turn, take the .2h file from that folder and sent it back to the address the .trn file came from.

Repeat every turn until you're overrun. Or win.

Although Dallan, can I make a strange request please? Any chance you could mess up the e-mail address a bit (put [at] instead of @ or something)? Just because I don't want it getting harvested too much by spambots. Thanks!

Unable to play… …getting message "The following mod needs to be installed: heroes1_7.dm"… …I don't know what that is, most of my Dom3 XP is just single player random map tinkering…

Hiya,

The mod is attached to this post - just unzip it and put the files in your dominions3/mods folder. It just adds a few more heroes to the game, and makes existing ones generally a bit more useful.
