Hehe, I tried DoGa out (free d/l Version) and it IS easy. Guess I'll pony up th $$ and get the full Version.
Been fooling around a year trying various programs and what not and this just may do the trick. Still take awhile to do a set "right".

I dunno' - I found Strata 3D quite nice. They too have a free Version available as download thru many shareware sites (I use tucows). I have found it quite easy to use and built my first 3D model in about 10 minutes.
I took a quick look at DoGa but isn't that primarily focused to animation? (I may not know what I'm talking about - just MHO) Besides, just didn't seem to fit........

rdouglass: Strata has a new free product out called Strata3DBase which has taken the place of Strata 3D. just FYI. I just d/l it and will check it out later tonight.
Thanks for the pointer. I still like DoGa. Yes, it is intended for 3D animations BUT is does have a simple 3D modeler (and I like simple).

np rdouglas: BTW I did try Strata but it seems a bit more complex (therefore would do more complex shapes, etc) but DoGa just seems easier. hehe....ah gotta simple mind
